This is another quick  circuit that can be done in your office as a follow on to the previous weekly tips letter. I know some of you do keep dumbbells in your office so this one is for you.

1.Walk vigorously around the office to raise the pulse for 2 minutes.

2. Body weight Squats x10.

3.Shoulder shrugs x10. Shrug you shoulders forwards 10 times and then shrug your shoulders back 10 times.

4.Alternating  Dumbbell Curls x 20.

5. Assisted Press Ups feet on a chair do 10 slow reps.

6.Table dips using your table or chair perform 10 dips.

Perform the circuit 3 times.

Office life can wear you down physically use this circuit to refresh yourself.
