This weeks Minutes in Motion is a quick Office Push Up circuit adapted from a work out done withe the Royal Marines. It is a favorite Push Up work out and give you great results in just a short period of time each day.
1.Standard Push Up x 10 followed by 30 seconds jog on the spot.
2. Wide Arm Push Up x 10 followed by 10 seconds jog on the spot.
3.Feet Up on Chair Push Up x 10 followed by jog on the spot.
4.Diamond Triceps Push Up x 10 followed by 30 seconds jog on the spot.
5.Hindu Push Up x 10 followed by 30 seconds jog on the spot.
Do this work out 3 times per week then build to every day. Add on 2 reps to each of the Push Up variations and add 10 seconds to jog on the spot.
